DESCRIPTION:
The limequat is a citrus: a cross between the lime and the kumquat.
The fruit is small, oval, greenish yellow and contains seeds. It has a sweet tasting skin that can be eaten and a bitter sweet pulp that tastes similar to limes.
It is very rich in Vitamin C.
STORAGE:
The fruit can be refrigerated for up to one month.
