Wild asparagus France
The taste of the wild asparagus is very delicate and aromatic. It can be combined with eggs, pasta or risotto dishes but they are delicious raw in a salad as well. They are also often used as decoration.

Prepare wild asparagus just like green asparagus: steam them briefly or boil them for several minutes. Wild asparagus is very tasty combined with some olive oil or melted butter, white balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and some salt and pepper.
