The first year of ...Eline

Wow, almost 1 year at Special Fruit already. Unbelievable how time flies....
In September 2020, I started in the Supply Chain and Operations department. Three times exciting as far as I was concerned. I was going to explore a new company and sector after 9 years, the position was new and therefore completely up to me, not to mention in times of Corona. No spontaneous chats at the coffee machine to get to know the new colleagues a little better. For me, it was the sum of all those things that made September 14 one of the most exciting days of my professional career...
 
How I look back on this almost 1 year later, "I LOVE MY JOB!!!" It may sound a little corny, but the more I talk to peers who changed jobs not long ago, the more I realize that in my case, all the puzzle pieces have fallen into place:
- Job content: how nice to be able to build with it! Filling a new role can go in any direction, but for me it is now clear where I get my energy from...
- Colleagues: I see all hard workers. It's great to be able to work with people who are so dedicated to their goals. Working with people who are strict with themselves only has a positive effect for me in terms of wanting to perform better all the time. Also, with my thousands of questions I've had to disturb many colleagues, but each time I got text and explanation to help me further on my way (for which I am grateful
